Belle of Dayton Vodka is paired with Pama pomegranate liqueur, St. Germaine and a dash of lime juice.Served in a martini glass of course.

Passionfruit Mezcalita
This may be our best Mezcalita yet. Montelobos Mezcal and El Jimador reposado are shaken with lime, passionfruit, agave, and Falernum. Served on the rocks with
passionfruit salt, Angostura bitters and Dehydrated Lime.

Buckeye Buffalo Sour
This is for the Ohioans, Buffalo trace, Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, Flying Mouse maple syrup, lemon juice, and orange bitters are shaken and served up in a Nick and Nora.

Rosa Italian Gin and Tonic
Malfy Rosa pink grapefruit gin is mixed with Cocchi dry vermouth and premium tonic. Garnished with a grapefruit, orange and lemon.

A marvelous blend of Cognac, Apple Brandy, fresh pressed
apple juice from Peifer Orchards with a touch of lemon juice. A sugar rim and our
house made spiced apple chip completes the presentation.
