Existential Crisis
A springy, lightly sour Persian inspired cocktail with a gin base. This cocktail was served at the 2nd Annual Curated Cocktail Event
held at the Dayton Art Institute.

Spanish Castle Gin and Tonic
Castle and Key gin is mixed with a little Amontillado sherry, a dash of lemon juice and Fevertree tonic. Garnished with fresh sage and pink peppercorns.

Strawberry vermouth, shaken with fresh lemon juice, Belle of Dayton Vodka, rhubarb juice, and a kiss of simple syrup. Served up with a rhubarb pickle.

A traditional New York Sour, Old Forester, sour mix made from fresh juices shaken with your choice of egg whites or foaming bitters then topped with a red wine float.

Passionfruit Mezcalita
This may be our best Mezcalita yet. Ilegal Mezcal and El Jimador reposado are shaken with lime, passionfruit, agave, and Falernum. Served on the rocks with passionfruit salt, Angostura bitters and dehydrated lime.

This cocktail is a riff on a rum sour. Noah uses Barbancourt 8 year Haitian rum and
shakes it with Grand Marnier, lemon juice, Angostura bitters and demerara syrup.
