Sweetness and Light
After being treated to an unexpected Ohio traffic jam, the winemakers from Heidler and Gobelsburg and Raventos treated us to a delightful evening with seven glittering wines. It was as if someone had bottled a week of spring days on the continent - the perfect treat for a late spring Ohio evening. Kim outdid herself with the menu, bringing the evening's perfection full circle. Thanks to our friends from Austria, Germany, and Spain for informative, lovely conversation, and thanks to everyone who attended. We'll remember the night fondly for a good while.
